Can I upgrade my plan anytime?

Yes — you can move between Essential, Premium, and Diaspora plans at any time. Changes take effect the following billing cycle.

Do you serve areas outside Accra?

We currently serve Greater Accra, Tema, and Kumasi. Expansion to Takoradi and Cape Coast is planned for 2027.

Is my home insured during maintenance visits?

All our technicians and cleaning crews are bonded and insured. Any accidental damage during service is fully covered.

What does "Seasonal Refresh" include?

Every quarter, our interior team swaps out throw pillows, table accessories, florals, and small décor to keep your home feeling new. Items are sourced from Philipa Living at member-exclusive pricing.

How do I communicate with my concierge team?

You'll have a dedicated WhatsApp group with your assigned concierge manager. Premium and Diaspora members also get access to our client portal with scheduling, invoices, and photo history.
